If you see an * next to a site name on my list, that applies specifically to my clients on subscriptions.

You will either get that site for 20% off, or it will be included in your subscription at the rate of 1 post per month. Your subscription price determines which option you have access to. Obviously the higher your subscription amount the more likely you will be to get those sites included for free in your subscrtiption.
